Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication credentials, handled by Supabase Auth (passwords are hashed — we never see or store them in plain text).
• Profile data: age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goal weight, dietary preferences, and supplement settings you enter.
• Usage data: the foods and quantities you log, daily nutrient summaries, and weight history you record over time.
• Billing data: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — we receive only subscription status (active, trial, cancelled, etc.), never your card details.

2. How we use it

We use this data solely to provide the Service: calculating your nutrition targets, tracking your progress, generating meal suggestions, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the Service:

• Supabase — hosts our database and authentication. Your data is stored in Postgres with Row Level Security enabled, meaning the database itself enforces that you can only ever read or write your own rows.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes payments as merchant of record and handles your billing information directly.
• Vercel — hosts the application and serves requests.

We don't share your data with any other third party.

4. Cookies

Nurelo uses only functional cookies required to keep you signed in (set by Supabase Auth). We do not currently use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent notice before doing so.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@nurelo.app. Deleting your account removes your profile, logs, and weight history; we don't keep a copy afterward except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records already held by Lemon Squeezy).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@nurelo.app.

7. Children's privacy

Nurelo is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
