Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nurelo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The nutrition targets Nurelo calculates (calorie deficit, protein-per-kilogram) are formulas designed for adults and are not appropriate for minors.

2. Not medical advice

Nurelo is an informational nutrition-tracking tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or health advice. The suggestions, targets, and scores it shows are general guidance based on the information you provide — they are not personalized medical recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have an existing medical condition (including post-surgical conditions such as gallbladder removal, which the app's optional "fat pacing" feature is designed to accommodate but does not diagnose or treat).

3. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

New accounts get a 3-day trial with full access to the Service, with no payment information required to start. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription (Plus or Pro).

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles billing, tax collection/remittance, and payment method storage on our behalf — we never see or store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account's billing/customer-portal link; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access another user's data or bypass access controls.
• Don't use automated tools to scrape, abuse, or overload the Service.
• Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@nurelo.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes related to diet, weight, or health decisions made using information from the app.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence if you are a consumer based in the European Union.
